These Terms govern the use of the WordGift service, including rights and responsibilities of users and the company.

2. Definitions

• Member: a person registered to use the service
• Content: all text, images, videos, and word items provided in the service
• Gift: sending a word item from one member to another

3. Registration and Use

1. Applicants must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. We may deny or terminate accounts involving identity theft or fraudulent sign-up.

4. Service Scope

• Sending, receiving, and collecting word items
• Region- and friend-based rankings and collectible memorial cards
• Future features as announced in-product

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonation or providing false information
• Posting obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content
• Automated access or bot usage
• Unauthorized collection or use of other members' personal data

6. Paid Services

Some items may be offered for purchase. Payments and refunds follow the Apple and Google store policies.

7. Disclaimer

We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure or user fault.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent court of the company's registered seat.
