Launch roadmap · where we are today
An honest map from beta to the official launch.
To the people waiting for us, here is a transparent look at where we stand and where we are headed.
What is already done
- The product skeleton is complete: gifting, ranking, memorial cards, contact-based friend matching.
- Our admin tools have grown to operational grade: item curation, event posting, waitlist management.
- The map feature (Phase 1–3) is shipping with regional ranking visualization.
- Infrastructure runs on AWS ECS + RDS + Redis + S3 and is stable on dev today.
Beta stage (upcoming)
- We will open a closed beta to a small number of waitlist members first.
- We will iterate on screens, copy, and push timings based on feedback.
- If needed, a second private polish round. When stable, we open it widely.
After launch
- Regional events and special word seasons
- Optional real-name verification
- Memorial card motion graphics (once design assets land)
- Expansion beyond Korea
